Way too feminine for a boy. Renée is the feminine spelling, the masculine is René. And Alison is mostly a feminine name nowadays.
It's really a desperate "oh no, I wanted a girl!" Poor kid.
(I don't mean that a boy needs an über-masculine name, but I feel sorry for him because his names make it sound that he's unwanted.)
