I've often thought that, if I ever needed a pseudonym for every day (e.g. "Witness Protection"), Anne / "Annie" would probably be the easiest name for me to answer to. It's short and simple, but not overly plain (or common, this day and age).
I also like:
Anneliese (also spelled Annelise); I don't really care for the Annalise spelling, though that seems to be the most common spelling in Anglophone countries
Eliana (I don't really consider this an "Anne" variant, any more than, say, Julianna)
Annella
Anastasia
Annora
If I'm to expound on this list (as other posters have) and include names that end in -ana or -anna, then I also like:
Evanna
Johanna
Julianna
Levana
Morgana
