HelpRe: Atheists giving their kids Biblical names

I was raised by an atheist and an agnostic. I am agnostic myself but I have always loved angel names and names that end in -iel.
Most people in the US don't seem to care much about name meanings. But a lot of people in Asia seem to care more about name meanings than name sound.
