I love classic combos and always consider using them to be an indicator of natural taste, but Elizabeth Catherine has a bit too much "th," and I'd rather see Elizabeth Catharina (German pronunciation; the "th" is pronounced as "t").Another criticism I have for the combo is that it feels like the two names are battling each other rather than complementary. With two such strong names, it pleases me more to have a shorter complement, e.g. Elizabeth Maria, Ada Catherine.
