Eliza would be a similar choice but if your set on Elza then to be honest I'd go with Elza, not try and mash a new name
I like Molly best. I like Callie but it seems too informal to me for a full name. I'm not a fan of London or Emerson
I like Margaret Elza. Nickname Maggie of Megan. Maggie Mae sounds trashy to me though like a stripped name. Sorry
