HelpRe: Elza middle name

Elzabeth would always be misspelled.
Elzamae isn't too bad.
Elzalee is the oddest and most interesting.
Personally I would rather use Elza by itself as a middle name. It's like Bell, it just works as a middle name for a girl and doesn't need embellishment.
If I were honoring a James Elza I'd probably name her Jamie.
I'm kind of neutral about combos here.
I like Callie but it does not combine with El-anything very well.
I think that, of these names, I'd go with Margaret Elza, or if I have to use a combined name with Elza, then Megan Elzalee sounds nice.
