I don't like it, sounds like a real stripper name to me (even if it might not be one). And Roxy sounds like a dog.
I dunno...I also feel like it's a bit of "trying too hard". I imagen that the parents thought Rox/Roxy would be an awesome name/nickname and thus decided to use Roxanne.
