Georgiana is definitely one of my own favourites. I love Georgina, too.

I always liked Giselle, Gina, Gwendolyn, Guinevere.

I like Gioia. Georgiana works better than georgina, but I'm not the biggest fan of Georg_ names in general.
I like Gaia, Gaiana, Galya, Genevieve, Gia, Giacinta, Giada, Gita, Gloria, Glorinda, Grażyna and Gwyneira.

I love Georgiana, but only as George-ee-AH-nuh. It's one of my favourites along with Guinevere and Gwendolen. I'm not too sure how to say Gioia. But on looking it up, I do like the meaning.

Gioia is cute. I love Georgiana. It's so over the top.

I like Georgina enough to use it; Georgiana is unnecessarily long and clumsy.

Gillian is the only other G-name I'd use; I wouldn't use Jillian, but I would always use Joy rather than Gioia.
