Going with the very Victorian vibe of Patience, I'd say all of those names would work, except for Rafferty and Heidi.

I like Theodore, but it's very popular with the hipster crowd here and getting a bit boring. Same goes for Edith (and they are ALL known as 'Edie), which I dislike. I'm in the UK though...
I also like Percival, Elspeth (but not Essie) and Agatha (but really dislike Aggie)
The others aren't my cup of tea. My grandmother's name was Olive. She legally changed it the minute she was old enough because she thought it was so ugly
