Abramson
What do you think of 'Abramson?' Can you see it working as a middle name at least or is it just too much of a surname?I really admire Abram (also Bram but NOT Abraham) so I'm not surprised as to why I'm drawn to Abramson a bit. Thoughts?

Doesn't work for me - I don't think any of the patronymics really too (though better on a boy than a girl)I also don't like Abram which seems abbreviated. Ibrahim is my favourite version of this name

Is he the son of an Abram? Then I don't really recommend it for the same reason I wouldn't Emerson or Larsdottir, because they just would irk me in the back of my mind all the time knowing the etymology.

If I saw it as a mn, I'd assume that it was a surname! And being used for family reasons. But as a fn, I really find it unsuccessful when Abram is readily available, particularly in the absence of a father named Abram.

I like Abram but find myself saying Abrumsum when I try to say Abramson. I'd assume it was a family surname if I heard it on a child.

Hi !!!I agree with you!
Abraham is too heavy while Abram and Bram are much better. So Abramson flows well and it is fresher than Jackson or Jameson.
