Pearl is definitely on the up in the UK. Someone I know a little announced his daughter, Nancy Pearl' birth a couple of days ago (not a fan; too cutesy)
I'd like to see Mary used more as a first name on it's own. I like old English names too, Aelfric, Edwy, Fritha & Gytha could do with a bit more love in my view
