People usually say Damon in response to this sort of question, which makes me sad because it's one of my favorite names. They also often say Scarlett (scar).
Names that I have "ick" word associations for - with associated words in brackets in case it's not obvious. I don't think I actually make a face or shudder ... not usually anyway ...
