If you'd asked, "What comes to mind when you hear the name Wendy?", then I'd know whether fast food or Peter Pan came to mind first. But having been given both options up front, and with both being in my head, I now can't say which association would come first and be stronger.

What I really think of when I hear the name is The Beach Boys song "Wendy". When I hear the name, the song starts playing in my head.

I love The Beach Boys, but I've never cared for that particular song, so it whining through my head isn't really pleasant lol.

I really don't like the name. Despite the Barrie character and the red-headed pig-tailed girl fast food logo, it actually makes me think of a witch.
