I love it. I think that it's cooler than the amish-vibey Zachariah, and less dated feeling than the 80s and 90s era Zachary. Zaccaria is nice, but it smacks of misspelling (I know it isn't) in the U.S. The other forms are "exotic" enough that they fall into a different category. Overall, I like Zacarías the best.

I like it, but prefer it spelled Zacharias as that's what I'm most used to (and Zackarias, but I don't like that). I like Zachariah as well.

I enjoy this name. It reminds me of the legendary tale of the tax collector, Zacchaeus. I would think the nickname Zach of any spelling would be acceptable anywhere.
