Adrian
Perrine's post about Aidan\spelling variants got me thinking about the name, Adrian? WDYT about this name?
I absolutely love it (top favorite of mine) and would definitely at least consider using it as a first or even as a middle for a son if it wasn't for my neice's name sounding so similar to it. I'm fine with that now though. (Not nearly as disappointed as I was years previously)
What about you?

I like it. Not a favorite that I would personally use. But one I can definitely support for others. Good luck.

Good luck for what?

I like Adrian but the fact that Adriana is so popular right now kind of makes me worry about using it.

My 2 year-old nephew is named Adrian. I wish I could say that I like it, but I don't. I think it's sounds harsh.

I like Adrian alright, though I vastly prefer Hadrian. I've know more men named Adrian than I've known women named Adrienne, so it leans masculine to me.

I love it too. I think it's one of the few male names, IMO, that is soft without being weak. Unfortunately, since Adrienne and different spelling variants of it have become popular for girls, I fear that Adrian might be a burden to a guy.

It's one of my least favourite boys names ever. Objectively, it's not a bad name. I just really dislike it.

I like it a lot, not enough to use it myself I think, but enough to enjoy it when others use it and consider it a good choice.
The "Yo Adrian!" thing is more or less unknown by younger generations so there's probably no need to worry about that anymore. Adrian is a strictly masculine name to me.

"Yo Adrian?" Absolutely no idea

"Rocky", a movie from 1976. In the film, Rocky's girlfriend is named Adrian, and he yells, "Yo Adrian!". I don't recall if he does it just once or several times.

I wouldn't mind using it either, given enough sons (which one never is). I love the history: the emperor, the sea, the Wall! And especially the look and the sound.Use it as a mn! Why not? Your niece would probably be very happy.

Very handsome. I've only met two in my lifetime. :)

I like it! I prefer Adrienne, for a girl, though.
