and Felix and Jonah, which I love pretty much equally but would hesitate to call my number one just because I sometimes feel like Felix seems too prickly and Jonah too fundamentalist.

Felix has never seemed prickly to me. I picture someone laidback, comedic, and friendly which is part of what I love about it. You might say that Felix has a happy-go-lucky vibe. ;)
I like Philip, the nn Phil is a bit dated but I think Pip is really cute. It makes me think of Pippin from LotR and it makes me think of Pip-Boy from the Fallout series of games.
Jonah is definitely not my style because it's so Christian but I like the sound of it.
