I think Mabel, Zelda, Eva, Edith, Sylvia, Louisa and Ophelia could make a comeback soon. Then maybe Dora, Doris, Lisa and Rosemary in a few years / decades. For a boy, Arthur, Alfred, Walter, Wilson and Edward / Edwin come to mind.
