I like Dulcina, but it does seem really sweet because of the meaning. It would only work on a certain kind of person, IMO. Davina is nice, solid, classic. Allegra is nice (especially for the meaning), but is the name of an allergy medication near here. It also runs the risk of becoming trendy in a way that the first two don't.

Yes, we see that you are Zillah and ANONYMOUS and PeoplesChoice ...
Please, go back to using just one name to post! All the names are usable. I dislike Dulcina. It makes my teeth hurt. I like Allegra. Davina doesn't thrill me.

Hi !!!Davina ... I think it was born in the Englisn-speaking world (feminine of Davin). I know that feminine form of David are i.e. Davida or Davidia ...but not Davina. I dislike this name anyway.Dulcina: ehm..not s fan.
In Italian the word for 'sweet' is 'dolce (DAWL-che)'.
I like a similar name, but Spanish, which is Dulcinea (the woman beloved by Don Quijote). Allegra: yes!! This is used here in Italy. I like this name a lot!
It means 'glee, happy'.
It is quite unusual (being also an adjective) but I have a good news, I hope.Infact in 2016 were born here 229 Allegra (the highest ever). I like when great names are chosen by many people but not becoming trendy or too popular...My fsvourite out of these is Allegra of course! It has 9.5/10 in my list.
I would be glad to use it for s futufe daughter! :)

I love Davina! I think it’s gorgeous. I don’t care for Dulcina, I like Dulcibella better but it’s definitely a GP name. Allegra is pretty but all I think about is the medication.

-ina names aren’t my favourite, and I think Dulcina is a little too sweet for my taste (pun intended), but it’s usable in my opinion; I wouldn’t mind meeting one and it could grow on me. I knew a Davina (nn Dave) so that’s definitely usable in my book, it feels a little dated to me for some reason. Allegra doesn’t have the allergy medication connection where I live, so there’s little going against it for me. I love the meaning, musical connection, and energetic feel she has, and I’m finally going to add her to my list soon.

Allegra is well-known among Afrikaans-speaking South Africans, though not widely used. Probably the software company will kill it off for human use.I've encountered older women named Dulcie, but never Dulcina. Dulcie is too lightweight and nicknamey, but Dulcina seems to be trying too hard.Davina doesn't appeal to me, though I love David and used it as my son's mn. Sounds like an unsuccessful variant of Divine.
