Amina would be my favourite. I actually have a friend with this name (though hers is spelled as "Aminah", which is the more prevalent form here in Southeast Asia), so I'm quite fond of it. Simple, yet elegant and pretty. Aurora and Gemma are gorgeous as well, though I would never personally use them. Thaïs is an interesting one.
I'm not very fond of Eleonora mainly due to the "eo" vowel combination, which I personally don't like. It's just not my cup of tea, either, I suppose. I also dislike Matilda, mostly because I naturally associate it as being old-fashioned and fit for an old woman.
I'm rather neutral on Judy and Carmen.
