Indica is a species of marijuana…yikes!
I'm expecting twins and I want to be YOONEEK so I've randomly thrown together some syllables and these will be their names:
Vietnamica Carnation Eveeniing (whoops, that sounds almost like the name of a country but that was NOT what I was going for)
Mastoricarniana Storm (Going for the first name sounding like an Italian surname rather than Irish)

Yikes. Malonni sounds like Maloney, which sounds like bologna... I've always thought Rain was kind of cheesy but especially spelled Raine (at least it isn't Reign!)
Indica means "to indicate" in Spanish so I just can't get past that. Why not India? Although I do like the mn, especially the spelling ;)

Hi Cherish !!!
Congratulation to these families !!!
None of them is my style.
I usually dislike variant/creative names.
Indica is a verb in Italy meaning 'he/she points out, specifies' but if it weren't I would like it a lot.
The fact is that I love the colour Indigo but I dislike how it looks like in English.
After that names like India, Indiana or Indie are too tacky too.
So Indica were be a good compromise to remind the colour. In Italian the colour is 'indaco (EEN-da-ko)' grammatically masculine but not used as a name (or used for 1-2 babies/year).
Indica (EEN-dee-ka) would be a nice feminization but as it is a verb I would prefer Indaca.
What about Indis maybe?

Isn't Indica a marijuana strain? They can name her future sister Sativa.
