MIE-kə or MAY-kəI like the Mie-kə but it sounds just like the boys name Mika\Micah and I really don't care for the other pronunciation.

Micah and Mika are not the same name and are not pronounced the same way. Mika is also a feminine Japanese name.

From information I gathered years ago, Mika has two pronunciations and can be said just like Micah. Oh well.

Well where is your “information” from? Sounds like someone just assuming the pronunciation. It’s not related to Mika and both origins of Mika have the same MEE-ka pronunciation.
