I like Thomas. How would you know if Peyton Riley was a boy or a girl? Davis and Stratton run together, though it probably doesn't matter much. McCoy sounds silly and makes me wonder what makes him real.

These names are not my style; I've never liked Peyton, and McCoy seem awkward to me as a first name. But as they are so far out of what I like, I don't know how size them up. I suppose they go together. But McCoy More feels a little awkward said out loud.

McCoy Moore sounds very weird together.
The whole set is so surnamey it seems self-conscious, and the one girl's name even more self-consciously ambisexual.

Yikes. Just yikes.

AwfulMcCoy sounds WAY too surname-y. It doesn't work as a forename at allDavis: again, too surname-y but at least works better than McCoy and Stratton. Dave/David would be significantly betterPeyton Riley: sounds like a name for a boy. Plus, Peyton just sounds like "Painting" weird name for someone LOL!Thomas & Riley are the only names I like

My first thought was that that is the most Texas sibset I have ever seen. I don't know for a fact that there are at least two sibsets with those exact names at my church, I just know it's true. I don't think that's bad, it is just really noticeable to me.I don't like McCoy - just Coy is starting to grow on me though. Thomas is nice.Davis and Stratton are nice, but I don't like the flow together.I hate Peyton on a girl (and in general) because it sounds so masculine (thanks to Peyton Manning, probably). I do really like Riley on a girl or boy.ETA: I looked at your profile and see you are in Texas! I feel validated.

Sounds aggressive, like a football team, military squad, or law firm.
Because of calling them all by surnames.
I think Davis is the best of them, and I like the name Thomas.

Way too surname-y for my taste. Not really a fan of any of the names. I don't mind Peyton and used to love Riley, but both for a boy and not a combo.

Hi NOM !!!These names are not my style at all.
They are all so unisex and surnamey. What about these? Why do you want to choose these surmames as FN? Have they a history in your life or they are only a trendy choice?I would not choose them..too surnamey-modern-trendy-brend in my mind.

Hey! I appreciate all the feedback! :)I like that I haven't heard these names a 100 times and I like that they have meaning for our family. I feel like they are unique, but strong... We have a very common last name, so I wanted something that was "strong"/"unique" and had meaning for us. I don't like names that are misspelled to be "unique" or whimsical and not practical... but I also don't like plain names.McCoy Thomas
McCoy is a family name... we just loved it. We have a Great uncle who everyone called Uncle Mac... and his name was McCoy and my husbands family always remembers going to "Uncle Mack and Aunt Lila's" house! LOL My liitle boy is called Coy or Micky or McCoy at daycare.
Thomas is a great grandpa's name. And it means Twin... which McCoy really is my husbands twin! Same ornery grin and everything! LOL Davis Stratton (boy)Davis is the town where my family is from. Many still live there. I like the meaning too.

Stratton is the name of my husbands best friend who he lost in a wreck. The name is just special to him. I agree the S sound is not the best flow... might have to rethink this option in some way. Peyton Riley (girl)
My husband just loves the name Peyton... to be honest there isn't a real special meaning behind it for us... my husband just likes it. I think it flows nicely together with Riley. I hate that it is so common.Riley is the name of a little girl that I met many years ago... she was battling cancer, but she was the most beautiful spirit. Such an inspirational little girl who chose to focus on the sunshine instead of the rain. I met her years ago, but she meant a lot to me. So those are the main reasons I like those names out of the others we've seen. I'm really open to a boy name suggestion that is a strong name!

McCoy Thomas - I'm rather fond of this style of name in general (Mc or Mac names) but McCoy I'm not a huge fan of. It makes me think of the phrase "the real McCoy" and just doesn't sound very nice. I love Thomas.Davis Stratton - I really like Davis. Stratton I think is ugly and I don't like the way the S's blend together.Peyton Riley - Very top 100 trendy. Fine, but not very notable or interesting.
