I guess I should start with the names I am most likely to meet in my daily life:
Alve - I would pronounce it AHL-veh. I like the sound of it. This might just be me, but I think it would work as a name for both boys and girls.
Alvar - Always liked this one. Pretty solid name.
Ebbe - I think I've heard this as a nickname. Feels Swedish.
Frej / Frey - I would pronounce this the Danish way back home, but the Swedish way in Finland. I don't care for this one.
Frode - Not my favorite, but it's very common in where I live. I pronounce it fro-DEH.
Henning - Not my cup of tea, but it's fairly simple to pronounce and is a solid name. Sounds Norwegian to me.
Ragnar - I've heard this on pronounced two ways: RAHG-nahr with a hard g and RAHNG-nahr. I've only met older men (60+) with this name. This sounds very Norwegian to me.
Rune - Pretty common. I pronounce it roo-NEH. Not my cup of tea. I've only seen this name on adult Norwegians.
Stellan - I really like this one. The name screams Swedish on every Level.
Truls - I know of a teen and a 30-ish year old with this name. I pronounce it TROOLS.
Tage - I'm fond of this one. I'd pronounce it tah-GEH.

Albin - I like this one. It sound young, so I can imagine it on a preteen, but not on an adult.
Algot - I feel like this would work on woman rather than a guy. It might be beacuse of the similarity to Aagot.
Alfons - Charming. Solid name.
Cornelius - A solid name. I pronounce it cor-NEH-lioos.
Frans - not a big fan.
Manfred - The mammoth from Ice Age!! I love that character. As for the name, not that much.
Ossian - Don't think it would work in Scandinavia due to the Oss- start (it just means "us" over here, nothing bad about it.)
Sixten - not a fan of this spelling, but I like the name in general though.
Vide - I like it. Could work for a girl too.
Vilme - I like it. Could work for a girl too.
Viking - I strongly dislike it. I mean, I can see that the use of this is a way of making one's heritage visible, but I'm not rooting for this one.

Albin- I like it, I'd assume he's Swedish.
Algot- I'd have a hard time pronouncing it. AL-got? AL-go like Margot? ALL-got?
Alfons- It's ok, but it'd be interesting to meet on. It would be interesting to meet a guy with any of these names honestly.
Alvar- AL-vahr or AL-ver? It's ok. I'd expect him to be Swedish too.
Alve- A little like Alva right? I like it. Another Swede :)
Cornelius- Too pretentious and just ugly sounding imo. I would be shocked to meet someone with this name today; I'd expect him to be old.
Ebbe- Makes me think of the girls name Ebba, which I do like. But because of that I think it sounds feminine.
Frans- I think it'd be really cool to meet a Frans!
Frej / Frey- Frej would have me thinking 100% Scandinavian, and Frey would make me think his parents were trying to find an even trendier surname-name than Grey. It's ok.
Frode- I want to say FROHD, but I have a feeling that's not it. Not a fan, sounds like Frodo.
Henning- I like it! I'd expect him to either be German or from an English speaking country and his parents just wanted a surname-name.
Manfred- I can't take it seriously.
Ossian- Is it like Ocean? OH-see-in? I'm not sure how to say it but I don't really like either pronunciation and for some reason it gives me a trendy vibe even though I know it's not
Ragnar- Very Scandinavian, but I'm not really a fan. I don't like the combination of the g and the n.

Tage - makes me think of the German word for 'days', and it's also another term for period/menstruation in German

Albin - albino, Alvin, Albus, Albany - don't like that my first thought was albino or that I think of New York.
Algot - ...what did Al get? Also sounds like Alcott, so its surnamey to me
Alfons - I like it (I'm familiar with and like Alfonso; it reminds me of that)
Alvar - I like it (I like a lot of masculine *ar names)
Alve - I've always been fond of Alva, so I like it
Cornelius - I think of Cornelius Fudge from Harry Potter and "corny"; I'd like it more with a K - that'd remind me of Kornel West
Ebbe - seems kind of weird to me...I think of "stubby" for some reason...also "ebb and flow"; seems watery
Frans - it's okay, though I'd expect him to be northern European
Frej / Frey - I like the sound; very close to "fray", though...I prefer the Frej spelling
Frode - reminds me of Frodo and "frozen"; kind of cool but looks foreign
Henning - sounds like something chickens do
Manfred - Alfred wasn't manly enough? ...also reminds me of Manwich, a brand of canned sloppy joe sauce
Ossian - hmm, interesting
Ragnar - uh, interesting but very Norse sounding
Rune - I've only seen this as a surname IRL; I like it
Sixten - why not Sixpence or Sexby or Fivenine (the meaning's cool! this spelling looks odd to me, though)
Stellan - stellar; I like it
Truls - looks like trulz, which the urban dictionary defines as "the act of trolling, purely for the lulz"
