Or perhaps Arthur Henry Philip. Outliers could be Frederick or maybe Albert known as Bertie.I don't think they'd use Richard, it's very dated in the UK and they seem to like popular names. Arthur, Frederick and Albert are all in the top 100 and Richard is #278.
