Celeb BA
Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and his girlfriend Lauren Hashian welcomed a daughter, Tiana Gia. They also a Jasmine Lia and he was a daughter name Simone Alexandra from a previous marriage."Life is not an easy matter... I don't love the names - especially in combination of each other - but they could be much worse. Most celebrities should be charged with child abuse for their name preferences. But Tiana, Jasmine, and Simone are all nice enough names. Simone Alexandra is my favorite out of the three.

It’s not terrible. But it’s just the typical trendy fare.

Tiana Gia is hard to say. I can't say I really care for Jasmine either. Simone Alexandra is fantastic.

They seem to like Disney princesses. I'd guess if they have another daughter, she'll be named something like Ariel Mia or Briar Rose Kia.I think the FNs are nice individually but don't like the combos, especially as a group.

Lia and Gia next to each other look like they have little imagination and Jasmine and Tiana are both Disney princesses. Not terrible. I like it more than most celebrity name choices.

I'm wondering why Gia is getting used so much lately. I think some other celebs used it as well in the past couple of years. I know it was never common but it seems slightly dated to me, as if it doesn't belong into this time period. I guess people like it because it is similar to Mia and Leah but it seems so very different from those two. I find it kind of 70s/80s and it reminds me more of names like Gina, Tina and Dana. Not that it is bad, it is kind of cool for people born in that period but now seems out of place/fashion.Tiana is okay. It's really bland even though it isn't common. Tiana Gia doesn't flow that well and it seems too light and insubstantial. Gia and Tiana need to be paired with more classic names to give them more substance.I actually like Jasmine a lot but I feel that it got a bad image due to overuse and variants Jazzmyn etc. Lia is okay. Jasmine seems a bit 90s.I really dislike Alexandra but Simone is fine.Overall the names are fine but the only one I really like is Jasmine and I wouldn't use it.

Gianna / Giovanna / Giovanni have mainly gone up in the charts in the US over the last 15-20 years. Maybe that's a factor.

Good point... I personally think of Gia as a more 2000's/2010's name, maybe because it's similar to Mia and Gianna.

I like Simone Alexandra. Jasmine is nice too. Not a fan of Lia, Gia or Tiana. And Tiana Gia is clunky together.
