HelpRe: Stone/money names: use over the years

My favourites are Pearl/Pearlie, Celestine, Jasper, Penny and Ruby. Ruby is a very popular girl's name where I live (Australia).
I like Opal, Jade, Ivory, Emerald, Garnet, Coral and Sterling as well. I especially love some of these names in the middle spot, and I love the idea of Emerald, Garnet, Opal and Jade as unisex middles. I would love to see Jade on a boy.
Golden/Goldie and Diamond are intriguing to me. I like them.
The following seem like someone is trying too hard to be creative/hipster: Cash, Price, Ransom, Rock, Treasure.
I usually find old-fashioned names to be somewhat charming, but I'm struggling with Beryl. I don't like the sound at all.

Amethyst and Topaz are on my guilty pleasure list; they're something that I'd use in the middle, but not as a first.
