i honestly think it might be George Bush? i think the average age for posters here is late 20s or so, and many posters here are American, so he's the first president many of them remember/could form an opinion on.
i asked my partner once what she thought of the name George, since it's a common name in my family, and she had a low opinion of it because the George Bushes were the first to come to mind. which makes sense, considering again how he'd be the first president people our age would remember, and how many other recently famous Georges pop into your head? it's common, sure, but not near on the same level as James or Alexander. i've never met a George in my age group
