I think since Winifred is honouring, and your daughter has one out of three names honouring, it’s fine if you pick a name you just like for the second middle. As mentioned below, Winifred and Rowena are quite easy to trip over next to each other, but they do flow better with a second middle as Winifred Rowena, so I suppose it works. I get my words jumbled a lot, so it only matters if you’re fine with it. Alternatively, Elizabeth has a lot of variations that could be used to honour, something like Winifred Elsie Rowena, Winifred Rowena Elise, or Winifred Rowena Elspeth.
