Dmitri -adore, adore
Yevdokia -nope, nms
Marfa -too old fashioned for me, but maybe it was cool at the time?
Alexei -I love this name. I'm about to name a character of mine this (sibling to Vitaly, Valentyna, Nikita, Natalia, & Anastasia).
Anna -cute, but not amazing
Sofia -Very nice.
Ekaterina -I used to like this more than I do now.
Maria -While the Russian pronunciation is cooler than any others, it's still not a name I would use.
Fyodor -I like it, but I LOVE "Fedya."
Feodosia -I was starting to think I was the only person who would ever mention this name on this site. It's in my Top Ten. (See my sig?) It's the name of the mother of the characters mentioned above. Adore, adore.
Simeon -neutral
Ivan -dislike. This is definitely a big mustache name. I can't see past that.
Yevdokia -They really liked it if they used it twice. I can't say that same about my feelings for it.
Peter / Pyotr -Like, bu don't love.
Natalya -LOVE LOVE. Also love Natasha and Nata.
Fyodora -You'd think about both Fyodor and Feodosia, they'd give this name a rest, but of course not. I like all the forms they used though.
