The pronunciation is ambiguous to me with all of them, so that's not a factor...
I like the sound of Delia a bit more, but I have more connection to Dahlia (and prefer Dalia). Not sure which I would pick IRL.
I'll pick Delia right now based on sound and the Artemis connection.
