Jennifer, without a doubt.
Amy is limp and floppy and lacking in personality; plus, there's no chance of a nn so all Amy people will be stuck with it for ever.
Jennifer is energetic and pretty and unlike anything else; Genevieve and Guinevere don't come close! I prefer the full form to Jenny and Jen, but they're OK.
