I prefer Rileon out of the first two, and Rilof from the second two. I'm wild about neither. Do you really need to change the name? Even if the name became popular after you started writing, I'd say it's okay to keep it.Other suggestions;RilenRileRilert

Hmm not sure, I usually called him Riley or Riles in the story play, So maybe could keep it, but I think Rileon makes name sound more male-ish, on the fence, i haven't decided, i just wanted an opinion, thanks for responding

Maybe Riles with nn Riley? It satisfies your preference for unusual names without making anything too weird of it. Rileon looks best to me from your options, but if I'd read a book with a character called Rileon also called Riley AND Riles, it'd annoy me and I'd assume the author just couldn't make up their mind. Rileon with just nn Riley is fine though.
