Exactly what my husband would say"Rode a horse?" Was what I figured his response would be.To Eileen he said, "I lean?"I can't use anything that sounds like other words. Naming is such a difficult process.

I didn’t actually realise how old it was. I know someone who is about 10-12 called Rhoda and I really like it! It gives me the same feel as Mabel which is my number one name. It also makes me think of the island of Rhodes in Greece which is beautiful. It’s so much prettier than Rhonda.

Much prefer Rhonda. Rhoda always seems to be searching for a dendron.

It's slightly dated (character on the Mary Tyler Moore Show) but still has a cool look and sound.

I think it's sounds strong and beautiful, I might be tempted to use it.I like it by itself and as a nickname for Rhodanthe or Rhodaline.

I’ve never minded the name actually. I think it’s quite lovely, though I wouldn’t use it.

It reminds me of the child that killed others in that really old movie that creeps me out. I'd never use it.I prefer Rhonda which sounds friendlier or Rhona, Rona. Or Ronja.

I love it! It was my great-aunt's name.
