You have not provided enough information to add the name to the site.
You need to provide the language in which it means "a little dove" and the countries in which it is used. And you need to provide proof (ie references) for the meaning and origin of the name.
Once you've got all of that, you need to email your submission to Mike C, the creator of BtN - a link to his contact details is on the main page. If Mike can verify the origin and meaning he will add the name to the site eventually, as he has a large backlog of name submissions to be processed.
