Chelles is a city located on the outskirt of Paris, France.
According to one obscure source (http://www.dechellis.iaw.com/origin.html), the origin of the
Chelles may be found in the name Michel (Michael). Spin-off names include Chellino, Chellini, DeChellis
and (eeek!) Chelli.
