Behind the Name: Message: "downtime"

BtN was down this morning. My ISP (Communitech.net) pulled the plug because of excessive use. They didn't give me any warning, which I find extremely irresponsible.

I'm still trying to determine whether the excessive use was malicious or not. There will be further downtimes as I switch to a different hosting plan. The message board may have to be disabled for a period. Bear with me.
