When (and if) you have the time (send the other two to their grandparents for a while), borrow a copy of "Forever, Erma", "Family, The Ties That Bind...And Gag", "Just Wait 'Til You Have Children of Your Own!" and "Motherhood: The Second Oldest Profession" all by everyone's beloved Aunt Erma, Erma Bombeck. These books are my "prescription" as a preventative measure of plummetting emotions.

So far, things seem to be looking good to my untrained eye (pre-natal-wise) and the spirits seem to be dancing and smiling "down" in your favor, but I think you might occasionally need a sanity break.
