My grandparent dog was named Tilo, pronounce TIE-lo. I not too sure where they got the name from but maybe it has something to do with the name Til.Most of my grandparent's pets where named after Saints or something related to them. So maybe an index of Saint could give you some direction.

The Patron Saints Index...Gives a saint named Tillo, also known as Thillo, Tillon, and Tilloine. But it has no saints named Tilo, sorry.EDIT 1: Evidently Tillo's already in the database. Click on the hyperlink to see what it means.
EDIT 2: Sorry, I didn't see that you'd already checked the database. I'll still bet that Tilo's just an alternate form of Tillo though. Sorry, I don't know how to pronounce it either.Link:

I didnt think there would be but since my grandparents (dad's parents) tended to do that I figured it might be worth a shot.
