I'd like to know if there is a translation for "Lori" in Italian. I am Italian, but my parents chose a decidedly un-Italian first name for me. Does "Lori" translate? Or is it just Lori, no matter the language being spoken?

Obviously you are not looking for a translation of LORI, but rather for an Italian equivalent - I would take LAURA. For the meaning of the name click on LAURA.

More specifically

Since Lori's just an English pet form of Laura (which is used in Italian), she could use Lauretta, the Italian pet form of Laura.
