Okay, I telephone the Pakastani Embassy in Washington D.C. and spoke to a nice lady there who told me that "Mehmuna" also happens to be her sister's name. She says it's an "international name", and that it means "moonlight". I told her I was suprised that it would mean pretty much the same thing as the English word "moon", but she said it does, and that she calls her sister "Muna" as a nickname.
