My first guess for someone in an English-speaking country would be that it's a combination of Nell (a nickname for Helen) and Nancy (originally a nickname for Anne), but I don't know enough about Indonesian names to say whether that's likely in your case (I'm Australian).

Hi!

I'm greman and my first guess was, that your name could be a nickname from a spice. Here in Germany we've something called "Nelke"
That's clove/carnation in English. I don't know whether this spice is used in Indonesia, too.
