I have read, that name "Milada" is derived from the word "mladá", that means young - probably this is not form of "Milena".

Milena is said to be a form of Milan here. I trust this site above all others.

But "baby" name sites like Babynames.com aren't a good place to find name meanings. They're notoriously inaccurate, with false origins and meanings galore. I wouldn't trust them with meanings at all.

That is true. Milada is derived from older Slavic name Mlada (or Mladena)that really means "young".
