There's another great book - which I use for my stories - by Jane Spence and it's the Virgin Book of Baby Names. Sounds a little cakey, but the Virgin part of it is Virgin Enterprises rather than seasonal immaculate conception and the like! It's a great book with names split into categories like "Tired and Tested" "Upwardly Mobile" and "Evergreen" amongst others. Highly recommended for dipping into for inspiration and information.
