Hi,
My name is aricia. The name is a city in Italy, south of Rome. As well, there was a Princess Aricia in the 1677 play "Phaedra" by French playwrite Jean Racine. My mother read that play while she was pregnant with me, and thus named me Aricia.
I've never met another person or heard of anyone with my name.

Most probably, it is a variant of Alicia.
In some dialects, there is a mixture of "R" and "L". For instance, you can compare "blanco" (Spanish) and "branco" (Portugeese) meaning "white" in both languages.
