Can anyone tell me what the femaleequivalent of the term junior is when a daughter has the same name as he mother?

I've seen "the Younger" used in society columns. Very Romanesque (Pliny the Younger, etc.), but it avoids the situation like where the "kid" next door (now married and moved, thank Gawd) is 30 and still goes by "Junior" as a given name. Very HeeHawesque...

Girls are also called "junior" as in Nancy Sinatra Jr. That's the only example I've seen. I have friends named after their mothers but they are simply called Mary or "little Mary" or called by their middle names. Spanish and other languages deal with this with endings; i.e., Berta and her daughter Bertica.
