The origin of Dinorah
Hi
My name is Dinorah. It is a known but not very popular name in Uruguay (South America)and unknown in some Spanish speaking countries.
All I know is:
There is an opera called "Dinorah" written by G. Meyerbeer.
It seems to come from the Middle East :
Di-nur is light or fire in Aramic and somebody told me that the name was known in Ancient Egypt
If somebody knows more about the origin and meaning I will appreciate the help
Thanks
Dinorah
