the name Ziad.
I checked the search option but "Ziad" didn't show up.It is a male first name. His parents are Lebanese and Israli so maybe from one of those cultures?All the help I could get would be great.

Hmm . . . at a glance through the Arabic names list, here are some similar-ish names:Zayd
Sa'd (Sad)
Sa'id (Said)I don't know much about Arabic names but maybe it's related to one of those?

It really doesn't ring a bell. It's probably not an Israeli name, unless it is made up or very rare...

She probably means Israeli as in "lives in Israel", not necessarily as in "Jewish".:-)
