Hi! My middle name is Saviya and I was told it is Gypsy. I am not sure if that is true or not, but I would love to know the meaning and if possible, the actual orgin.

Two possibilities that I thought of:
1. A variant of Safiya.
2. A feminine form of Savio.

I could be totally wrong, of course.
