Does anyone know the origin of IVELISSE(f)?
Someone told me it's french in origin, but
I want to know for sure.

It does sound French, but sadly I don't know this name... Could it be a form of Ivette or Yvette?

Maybe, but it doesn't appear in any site or books concerning names.
And that makes me more curious... (not knowing the origin of my own name)
