Is there a word that describes a person who carries two first names instead of a first name/surname. E.G. Robert Damien, Jason Meredith etc.

Not too sure what you mean by that?
A lot of first names started out as surnames (my name Anthony is an example) and a lot of surnames either come from first names (Mitchell) or were first names that became surnames.
